Qlix
When the school day won't sit still
Cover, assemblies, fire drills, last-minute swaps - the day changes faster than a paper planner can keep up. Messy edits pile up, and by Friday the week no longer matches reality. QlixDiary keeps one timetable you can push, pull, redo, or drag - day by day or along a class timeline - so the plan stays coherent when everything else moves.

Feature
Two views on one timetable - both built for how teachers think
You do not choose between a diary and a scheme of work. Qlix keeps one set of schedule rows behind both surfaces. What you move in the class timeline shows up on the right day in your diary - and vice versa.

Day by day
Open any date and see every class you teach that day - period by period. Skim Tuesday before the bell, print a full day for cover, or jump straight into a lesson plan.
Class timeline
Pick 9B and scroll the whole term on one planning timeline. See what is planned, what is empty, and how far ahead you are - without flipping between calendar pages.
Same data, either lens
Reschedule from the view that matches the question you are asking. A snow day starts in the diary; catching up 10A after absence is easier on the class timeline.

Push lessons forward
A lesson didn't happen and you want to defer it. Push moves this plan to the next eligible slot, then cascades every later plan forward until it reaches a gap - no copy-paste, no rebuilding the term.

Pull lessons backward
You're ahead of the plan and want to free a slot. Pull unschedules the current lesson, then moves later plans backward one slot at a time until an empty gap appears.
- Lesson content is preserved - only the schedule placement changes
- Stops at the first gap so you don't accidentally shuffle the whole year
- Available when a later slot already has a plan to pull from
Redo on the next period
Need another lesson on the same content? Redo copies your plan onto the next slot, then pushes everything else forward - like push, but you keep teaching the same material twice.

Feature
Drag to rearrange
Prefer visual control? Drag the grip on any planned lesson to a new slot on the timeline. Dates stay fixed on the left; only the plans move. Drop on an empty slot or swap with another lesson.
- Drag the lesson card - not the date rail
- Empty timetable slots accept drops
- Pinned lessons stay put until you unpin them

Pin, cancel, and stay in control
Pin a lesson when it must stay on that date - assessments, trips, or fixed deadlines. Cancel a slot when nothing will be taught there. Shift actions respect both, so your timeline behaves like a real school week.
Pin
Lock a lesson to its slot. Push, pull, redo, and drag all skip pinned rows.
Cancel
Mark a slot as not taught. Shift menus hide on cancelled sessions.
Instant feedback
The timeline updates optimistically - you see the new order straight away.
